Even if you aren’t a big sports fanatic, it is hard to deny the aura of excitement the Superbowl brings to many people across the country. Sports fans rattle off numbers in attempts to predict every moment of the game, while food junkies stock up on all the chips, soda, and candy they can find. This sports event has an area of appeal for almost anyone, and it gives a sense of unity in a divided world. That excludes, of course, any fans of the two head-butting teams. It would be best for the safety of anyone to leave them alone. This year, the Eagles and Patriots will be going head to head with Justin Timberlake headlining his third Pepsi Super Bowl LII Halftime Show. There will also be performances by Leslie Odom Jr. and Kelly Clarkson.

The location of the 2018 Superbowl LII

The date is set for February 4 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, starting at 5:30 CST sharp. Most sports and  local channels will be showing the game, so it won’t be hard to tune in.

It was nearly 52 years ago that the first Superbowl was hosted with our very own Kansas City Chiefs going against the Green Bay Packers. The game went 10 to 35 with the Packers being the first team to ever win the Superbowl. Popularity has increased greatly since then, with big brands like Budweiser showing their iconic commercials and big-hit celebrities like Bruno Mars showing off their talent. So be ready for thrills, chills, and fun because who knows what might happen at the 2018 Superbowl LII.
